Big
Nige
This 'poem'
was inspired by the trip to Scunthorpe, in March
2003, to see Nigel live in concert, raising money
for the nursery at his kids school.Big Nige with a big heart,
singing for the children,
he's a star and a half.
He has talent
abound,
and entertains with ease,
rocking the night away.
Such a powerful
voice,
and a presence to match,
this must be his destiny.
A warm smile and
kind words,
with autographs for all,
signing away patiently.
A night to
remember,
a memory to hold,
an evening over to soon.
Big Nige with a
big heart,
singing for the children,
oh what a star and a half.

'Ode
to Mercury Records'
This
'ode' was inspired by Mercury Records treatment
of Nigel after Fame Academy. You're keeping him hanging,
stuck on the tracks,
can't go forward,
can't ever go back,
if you won't sign him,
then set him free,
stop holding him back,
it's not fair, can't you see,
we want to hear him sing,
and to buy his CD's,
we want our Rock God,
and we're not giving up,
stop messing with our heads!!!!
Just sign Nigel up!!
