Sophie was lucky
enough to go to the Crowle Carnival on Sunday
20th July 2003. Here is her review of the day :-)
Thanks Sophie !!
Here is my review
of Crowle Carnival: At 12:30 the Parade started
to make its way through Crowle all the way to St
Norbert's school. Then at 12:45 Nigel
arrived.
He went straight
to the centre of the school field and officially
opened the carnival. He then had to crown the
King and Queen of the carnival. He spent about
15mins having pictures taken of him and the King
and Queen by some photographers. After that he spent about an hour
signing autographs and having pictures taken with
fans. ( I was one of them)
Then after
that he enjoyed the rest of the show with his
wife and children. Still occasionally been asked
for an autograph or two.
I
started to watch some of the ju jitsu what was
going on the centre of the field when i realised
that Nigel was stood to the side of me. I was
going to say something but he looked like he was
enjoying the show, so i didn't. When the ju jitsu
had finished he and his family went to enjoy the
stalls what were dotted all round the field..... That
was last i saw of Nige :-(
After that me, my
friend and my mum and dad went home.. It was a great day. Well worth going
for...
Thanks for the Picture
Nige!!!
