31st May 2003 - I have added a couple of 'desktop wallpapers' to the gallery section. These are using the pictures I took of Nigel on Monday 26th at Chicago Rock Cafe. The main picture is one I took of Nigel on his own, and I'm really pleased with how well it came out! That one I'm keeping as exclusive to this site (and the yahoo group) for now....

I have also added a few links to the links page, and am thinking about re-jigging that page a bit to allow for more link exchanges with other student sites, gotta get this site transfered to the new url properly first !!

28th May 2003 - Where to start? !! Firstly, and most importantly, on 21st May Lady Madonna announced the launch of Nigel's debut, self penned, single, which is being produced 'privately' and is available to buy exclusively online. See the merchandise page for more detail !!!

I have added a couple of 'Instant Quiz' pages, which can be found in the Career, Profile and Who Is Nigel sections.

There is also a review of David Sneddon's gig at Chicago Rock Cafe in Northampton on Monday 26th May 2003. David was not alone at the gig, some of the other ex-students joined him for a few drinks after!! For the review, and a few photos, see the gigs section! Note: this review is relevant for this site ;-)

3rd May 2003 - I have tweeked with the design of the site again, just to tidy it up a bit, hope it looks a little neater. There are a number of new additions, the 'Who Is Nigel?' page, and the 'What's Here?' page, both of which can only be found via the index page. I have also added a 'Link To Me' page which has a couple of buttons and a banner to promote this site, this can be found via the links page. I have added a link to David Sneddon's debut album on the 'non-Nigel' merchandise page, and a new addition has been added to the Ballads of Big Nige pages. One final update is the FA Tour 2003 pages, the main page has been re-vamped. pheeewww... that was more than I thought it would be. :-)

23rd April 2003 - A new pastel drawing has been added to the gallery section. I have also added another poem to the Ballads of Big Nige poetry pages, called 'Academy Report'. A couple of new links have been added to the links page, and I added a few new merchandise links a few days ago, in the 'non-nigel' merchandise section.

Nigel was back performing in the Fame Academy concerts from the Wembley gigs. So he should be included on the DVD/video when it's released! It sounds like he had a great time at the Sheffield concert, all the tour news and gossip can be found at the FASC and FAF, see recommended sites on the links page.

14th April 2003 - CONCERT REVIEW - NIGEL WAS UNWELL - HE DIDN'T PERFORM... Although Nigel was unable to perform at the Birmingham concert that I went to, I have still included a review here at the Rock Star site. It can be found via the gigs page or the career page in the FA Tour 2003 section. Click here to go straight to the review. If you're a Nigel fan and are still to go to one of the concerts, and he's your soul reason for going, you might want to check with the venue first, on the day, to see if he will be performing.

10th April 2003 - I have added a new jigsaw puzzle to the gallery section, which is one of the limericks that I wrote, on a 'psychodelic' background!! The default cut is 70 piece bulbs, which is harder than the other cut of 48 piece classic :-) There are also a couple of new poems added to the Ballads of Big Nige section! I'm off to one of the Fame Academy concerts in a couple of days, so I'll be adding a review of some sort early next week....

2nd April 2003 - A couple of new animated white background graphics have been added. Also, someone at the Fame Academy Friends group on MSN discovered an online Jigsaw site, that you can add your own pictures too, so I've added a few of the pics I took in Scunthorpe, see the Gallery page for the links :-) And, also from the Fame Academy Friends group, I got voted 'member of the month' by the moderators there ! :-) Not sure how that happened ??
